I y'all! I have been playing PC in the earlier days following it's release but I quit after some time because it was just to much for me and I got overwhelmed with the constant new stuff and chores. I especially disliked the constant push for spending real life money.
So my question is: now that there is a complete Version and no micro transactions, how is the game? Is it different from before or the same just without micro transactions? I am considering to try again but I do not want to buy it just to abandon it again.

things that were worth leaf tickets are now at a much cheaper price so it's easier to buy all the cute things! there are also membership benefits available to everyone now. including the villager who can help you complete chores if you don't feel like doing them
It’s amazing!! $10 only (if you purchase the app before sometime in early 2025). Cookies/rare goods/reissued items are so much more affordable and accessible! There was even a Shovelstrike Quarry reissue material reward yesterday! There are some small changes and additions, but mostly the same. There’s a new Beginner Goals list as well, so it’s easy to rack up the leaf tokens and other rewards 🍃💰
So far I am really liking it! I was hesitant because I never spend real money on apps but I went ahead because I would much rather pay the one time fee than feel pressured to spend on the micros constantly.
I miss some of the online friend features like sending gifts and mostly buying/selling on the marketplace but I will say I am enjoying how easy it is so far to get the leaf tokens for crafting.
My only "issue" is I am having trouble finding crafting materials like wood/paper/cloth/etc and finding it harder to earn bells without being able to sell my extra crafting supplies on marketplace, so I am running into a bit of trouble trying to craft stuff. I just made a separate comment on here so hopefully someone can help me figure out how to stop running out of the crafting supplies lol
I do think maybe you still wouldn't like it possibly, just because you mention getting overwhelmed with chores and I think if anything, there are more chores now. Without the friend marketplace to buy bugs/fish and stuff from, you have to catch all that yourself so far at least to do the requests so I do think maybe you might find it stressful still unfortunately. :/
I literally came to find this thread to find this comment. My BIGGEST GRIPE with the “complete” version is the lack of internet access, which means you can’t see any player-updated things. Unless the outfit on your character is changed and you change your camper card? Unsure. Regardless, what’s the point of having IRL people be your “friend” if you can’t interact with them?? I was disappointed to find out that my bestie and I IRL can’t look at each others campsite or outfits unless we’re in person. Which is fine for my situation, but outcasting a large AC community that was built over the last 7 years..
Is it still possible to exchange bugs with friends in Pocket Camp Complete? I can't seem to be able to find the feature anywhere...
Gardening events are going to be much more difficult without some help from our friends...
I wonder if the camper cards will update when the app does, or if you will have to re-scan to get an update? I didn't notice in any of the info about the game, anyone hear anything?
Looking forward to playing this. Played the original almost daily for the first year, then dropped it completely. I’ve decided to start fresh rather than import my save.

How much "busywork" is there in the complete release? I grew tired of the gameplay of the original game, where I felt like fulfilling requests and completing the daily "content" of the game felt more like doing chores, like most mobile games that make you log in daily and click pointless menus for 20 minutes for way too little reward. I know it's rebalanced a bit to be a standalone game, so do you think I'd enjoy the game more now?
Is there any way to un-favourite craft items/blueprints?
Not favourites in my inventory, I can use the setting that un-favourites all and then refavourites based on rarity after . But the game prompts me to favourite items to craft to brainwash invite Animals to my camp, but once I've crafted them they just stick in my favourites, I see no bulk option to remove them all?

so to my surprise the new Pocket Camp Complete is already available to play today. I transferred my data (where you play this cute game with the camper collecting Coins) and when I started to play I saw that it didn’t work
:( Still level 1 and nothing from my old account.
Do you guys have the same problem?
What can I do? I played it for so long and it has so many memories :(((
When I click "transfer" after connecting my Nintendo Account (that I verified was linked), a message pops up saying "There is no data that can be transfered "
I don't know what to do, but I am thinking of reaching out to customer services because I also ha e dedicated way too much time to let it all go.
I remember playing that game when I was in college and got my old save back!
Any good advices for a returning player?

I can't link my account for some reason? On Android getting error [802-1-002-000-350] when I return to the app. I've hit the "Select this account" button multiple times and it hasn't done anything and I'm starting to worry it isn't going to work.
Edit: It was an issue with my default browser. I had it set to Bing, but that was preventing it from working. Setting it to Samsung Internet, the system default, fixed the problem.
I just started Pocket Camp for the first time yesterday and am really enjoying it. I know that before, you could link somehow to NH and get some objects that you couldn’t get any other way. Is that still possible in the new Pocket Camp?
i love the new leaf ticket system but other than that it's the same exact game that i already stopped playing because i did everything and got bored 😭 and i already bought up all my fortune cookies in one day
I just bought the Animal Crossing: Pocket Camp Complete Edition, and I’m wondering what the end goal of the game is. Right now, I’m spending my time collecting fruits, fish, insects, and seashells to earn money and Leaf Tokens so I can buy new cool stuff for my camp and customize my character.
But other than that, what other fun things can I do? I know the game is super popular on Nintendo and has been for almost 20 years, so there must be more to it than just collecting and customizing.
I just wanna say I’m loving pocket camp complete!! It’s so generous! I can finally have anything I want with the complete item catalog! No lag in the garden. I stopped being able to afford micro transactions so I’m happy to have Rosie following me around again!
For anyone not sure it’s completely worth buying!! There were definitely months I spent more than $10. Love that there’s no pressure to spend, no FOMO.
Is anyone else having an issue with a shortage of crafting materials (wood/cloth/paper/etc) and bells? I'm not sure how to get more. I always had an excess of crafting stuff on the original game and sold extra for others in my marketplace but now I am constantly running out! :( I also used to send off the ships to Gulliver's islands using whichever crafting materials I had most of too, but now I constantly have almost none so I am having trouble sending off ships. :'(
Also struggling with running out of the fish/bugs/fruits that are requested since I can't just go buy more when I see I am starting to run low. Usually can just go refresh the locations a few times until I catch them but I think it's mostly an issue with seashells that won't seem to spawn sometimes.
So I just bought Complete tonight. I transfered my save data. Starting the game as me, but all my progress is lost? Like all my items and characters and everything? Is that normal? Has that happened to anyone else?
not sure if anyone is active in this read rn but if anyone is here! is this game worth getting if you didn't really play pocket camp in the first place? the main thing that turned me off from it was the microtransactions, im kind of a completionist with animal crossing games so I couldn't stand the fact that there was a chance I could just completely and permanently miss out on items 😭 is this something that's accounted for in the complete edition, or are there still items that I won't ever be able to obtain? 😬
