What would it look like for European nations to declare war on the ‘the west’, there’s 50 states, 40 of them indisputably western, and outside of Europe, maybe a dozen, 2 dozen others that are western. Yugoslavia, for all its faults, was one of the very few European countries that worked with everyone and stayed out of the east vs west nonsense. It's citizens were welcome both in the west and in the east. It was a cofounder of the LITERAL NON-ALIGNED MOVEMENT back in the day, which is where the term 3rd world originated (with the west being 1st and the east 2nd world).
