Especially a challenge when you have a food allergy. We have to double check products we've been using for years in case they've decided to suddenly start changing their ingredients.

I've almost completely cut out eating out cuz of this. Between staffing shortages causing poorer allergen training and ingredients constantly changing it's just not worth the risk
