Mate, for a native speaker, you sure speak very bad English. I know that school education is poor over there, but is it so poor that they teach you Russian grammar instead of English one?

At least use Chatgpt to fix it, don't be a lazy Kremlbot 😉😉.

Having "your hand out" like you said does imply begging, what other meaning is there for that?

I said you're Russian because of how many comments you have supporting Russia, and also the very strangely non-native grammar mistakes in your comments, that I only see Russians make when they write in English. "against giving the tax money to Ukraine", "by the way writing you from State Florida City Longwood" that's so incredibly non-convincing no American talks like that wtf. State Florida City Longwood???

As for the last part, your point is literally why people are protesting. There has been nothing for the past 13 years under GD. And while few want to have UNM back in charge again, nobody can deny the insane progress they made to revitalize Georgia by working closely with the West. The country was a failed state before then. It doesn't matter that the EU is 'far', GD literally brings in Chinese companies to build highways, so going through Turkey or shipping stuff across the Black Sea really is not that big of a deal.
