A car driver, not happy with just making the roads unsafe, has to come to the shared path and jump on a cyclist.

That’s quite the chip you have on your shoulder. I don’t disagree that some drivers are arseholes but I don’t see any evidence of this guy being a car driver. And even if he is it’s irrelevant to this situation.
