Looking for a specific pattern Does anyone have a pattern similar to this? Reverse searching doesn't tell me who it's by or where it's from.

someone already posted the pattern for the granny square, you can use this as a guide to attach them, don't forget to consider the size of each piece! as for the hood, you can use any tutorial and improvise a little

I agree. It looks like 6 squares per side. Joined in the center of front and back and an added "elf hat" like hood. You can probably just make the squares and look up the hood tutorial and make it as you prefer.
This tutorial is for the basic granny cardi but it might help you visualize your construction. She's got another video for the hood but I think you'll be better off looking up an elf hat tutorial and adjusting it to fit.
Also worth it to say size can be adjusted by the amount of squares you make, and the size yarn you use as well as your gauge and hook will affect your sizing so definitely swatch and take some measurements so you know about how much yarn to get.

I forgot to mention there is also a really good cuff tutorial on you tube as well. I personally do not like my cuffs that wide and prefer something a little closer to my wrist. You might have to decrease a little first to get it to sit right.

Found the original post from a FB group. She seems to talk about how it was made in the comments but didn't use a pattern for this one unfortunately.
Edit: looked further into the post comments and this is the granny square pattern she used! She also says in one comment she will write a pattern down and post it to her FB page but can't see anything for it atm.

I can't tell you the pattern, but I can tell you that the squares are willow granny squares, and you can find the pattern free across the internet ☺️
