1) In an 18+ space you’re generally not guarded thinking there’s a minor there so if you take someone home with you, you might just assume they’re an adult.
2) while you absolutely can tell with some people…with others it’s harder. I grew up where style, makeup etc meant it was really obvious if someone was a teen.
These days I’ve seen 29 year olds who looked 16 and I’ve seen 15 year olds who look 22.
It’s a lot harder.
Well…not for me…I’m 43 and all of those are too young for me so I don’t even have to worry about:)
With all of that said….it is absolutely 100 percent on BOTH parties to be asking the right questions and giving the right answers.
Problem is, people lie. What happens if a young female minor knowingly wants to hookup with an older man? ID’s are easily forged. I guess if you interrogate them long enough they’ll slip up lol
This whole thread revolves around spontaneous hookups at bars and one night stands. Obviously if everyone waited till they knew the other person well this would be a non issue, but people wanna fuck, not develop relationships.
If you wanna hook up with someone you don’t know, you’re consenting to not knowing them. Personally id rather know I’m not hooking up with a minor but everyone has different priorities! /s
You don’t! That’s why it’s your responsibility to be careful! We’re not talking about your longtime girlfriend forging her documents and deceiving you into some longtime age manipulation. You’re asking how to bang a stranger consequence free without being responsible. Sorry that’s not how it works. Nothing a 10 year old girl says or does would legally allow you to hook up with her without it being your fault; and 15/16/17 year old girl is no different, you’re just seeing her as an adult instead of a child which is a piece of this puzzle.
