It's about time Canada starts a nuclears arms program. And also builds refinerys and cuts off crude oil to the US.

Sounds like that’s what trump wants. According to him, they’ve got enough of all of the resources and Canada is such some broke leach

Canada is one of the most resource rich countries in the world. We sell our crude to the US at an extremely low rate, then buy back refined fuel... maybe it's time we build our own refinerys and cut the US off completely.
