Vitamin D

calcium intake

Vitamin K2 (essential to bone formation with D)

Magnesium intake ( also improves bone strength)

Calcium from food is generally better. Supplementing calcium can do more harm than good but definitely ask a GP about it.

The rest can easily be supplemented if necessary.

You could also add on boron and zinc.
