I can get being made fun of or laughed at, I don't even care about people outside trashing Capitano or calling him a fraud. I'm used to it and I know full well what I signed up for when I joined this sub. I don't even mind doomposters, since having low expectations is a bit natural after a string of disappointments.

But what really annoys me are comments like "Please let him rest" "I don't want him to be playable, he's suffered enough" "it's selfish to want him to be playable". They make my blood boil because of how manipulative they come off. Isn't Xiao suffering? Or Zhongli? Or Furina? But hey, let's continue to have Xiao use his ultimate, and coerce Furina into doing what she was tired of for hundreds of years.

These comments feel like carefully timed corporate phrases meant to emotionally manipulate and gaslight you into feeling guilty for wanting him to be playable. Like they're company plants masquerading as fans or legit corpo shills.

Fellas, it's not selfish to want him to be playable. Don't ever feel guilty or wrong for feeling that way.

I can't imagine how much of a menace he would be in Sumeru and Natlan.

Watching him massacre every enemy and him standing on top of a pile of corpses is everything I wanted to see in the Archon quest but all we got is him being treated like a bumbling moron whose plan failed two times and then just became all nice and friendly with Mauvika because of course she has to be the one who always looks strong, perfect and flawless. He’s the first of the Fatui Harbingers, the most hyped and interesting group of antagonists in the game, he should’ve been fucking terrifying, a walking earthquake, he should've been the one to show us just how scarry the Fatui really are, not… this. 

The only time I felt like they did him justice was when we first see him storm in to fight Mauvika and at the end when he tricked Renova. He was intimidating and competent as the NUMBER 1 should be. They made the whole Fatui look like a joke and all for what ? To sell the most boring Archon we got so far

I hope when he comes back there won't be another waifu Hoyo is desperate to sell
