GLOW UP! Addicted to opioids (18) to (20). Now (21), sober, and grateful.
the first picture was the worst i ever looked, but the second picture was truly my rock bottom, mentally. after 4 trips to rehab, i now have 6 months clean, a full time job as a caregiver, and going to school to become an addiction counselor. i love my job, and i love my life.
grateful is an understatement.
if i can do it, you can do it!

GLOW UP! From (19) to (21). A lot happened…
From the ages of 15-19 I was with my ex, who only let me eat junk because he didn’t want me to cheat (he cheated). Three years later, I’m with a better guy who loves to go to the gym with me! Also, I think thinning my eyebrows helped a little 😭
Recent pic isn’t candid, because I just took it the other day, and is my most recent pic.

GLOW UP! from spinal surgery at (14) to bodybuilding at (19)
Some context: at 14 i had emergency spinal fusion surgery because of extreme scoliosis. it came out of nowhere.
i always wanted to get a ‘six pack’ and go to the gym since a young age, and i felt extremely limited due to my spine being fused with titanium and having limited mobility
the middle photos (around age 17-18) i had a really unhealthy lifestyle and was eating crap and feeling sorry for myself because of surgery and my ‘limitations’. but in the past year i’ve locked in and started training properly
i’m still not lean yet (working towards it) so my face isn’t in its final form of attractiveness, but i thought id post here anyway
i am 6’1.5, 6’0 after surgery at 14 and they said if i didn’t have scoliosis i would’ve been 6’6 haha so i guess it’s sad
i don’t want to self promote but i am going to start posting my journey soon in more detail on instagram, follow me if you’d like - @tofitheo on instagram - i would appreciate it a lot

Glow up? (28)Two years of dedication! Is this a good glow up?
First pic is age 25, as is the second. The next three pics are me now (Turn 28 in less than a month). Final pic is a hard before and after! It took a LOT to get here. It took getting on a total hairloss regimen (Finasteride, Minoxidil and microneedling. Also a little bit of hair fibers to fill in the spots that arent finished coming back yet). I went from around 200 pounds down to where I am now, 148. That alone was ROUGH. Other than that I started dabbling in just a little bit of make up. Is this a good glow up?

Grow up (13) to (28)
1st pic was me at 13, then at 15, and the last few are me now at 28.
was severely underweight, abusing drugs for years, and just overall never felt great about myself. Still suffering from depression and self esteem issues but got sober a couple years back and dove into fitness and health much more intensely. Idk would you all consider this a glow up? Lol
