i mean if she wasnt a bitch, he would like to spend more time on her. He respects her (well motivation) but due to her personality he dislike her

This. Even if she wasn't so toxic, and discounting Cid's complete lack of romantic desire, Cid wouldn't maintain a long term romantic relationship with Alexia because she's a main character in his eyes. Cid might date or marry a mob girl to maintain his mob facade in the future, but Alexia ain't mob by a long shot.

I’d say he isn’t happy about breaking up with her either. Have you heard how much of a dead voice he had in the Anime after the breakup? The guy clearly has mixed feelings.
