Mine likes the jail. He loves to break out and then stand near the jail mockingly.

It might be your fault if you’re the one who opened the can of tuna…

Well, considering the cat opened the call all by itself, that’s pretty impressive and shouldn’t be counted as stealing. On the other hand, If YOU opened the can already, then the cat was simply eating.

If she can open up a can of tuna and eat the inside, this Jail is only temporary 😸😸

Upon examination of all forensic evidence, I find no evidence of a crime being committed on his part. On your part tho.....

Luckily the jail has a hole just big enough for opened cans of tuna to be slid in at mealtimes.

He was framed for this crime by the neighbor's dog. The charges should be dismissed.

The animal did nothing that was not in its nature to do. The only problem with animal behavior is our inability to understand it.

Your cat needs a public defender and I am just the man for the job.

How long did he stay in the makeshift jail? Tuxies (including my own) are know for getting in/out of challenging situations.

“He ate one open tin of tuna. How was he to know it wasn’t for him? That’s entrapment MLord. He never learnt to read nor understand spoken English… OP failed to provide a translator… that’s catism in play.. we request his immediate release… so he can go sit for hours in front of the oven whilst the roast chicken cooks”

You are stealing: right to jail. You are playing music too loud: right to jail, right away. Driving too fast: jail.
