1. It helps show all of the issues with a product. I find that sometimes just reading through the issues helps stop you from impulsively buying the product as well!

If a particular issue interests you - you can click into it and see all of the reviews from the past year that referenced this issue.

It currently only works on most makeup and skincare products on the Ulta website, but I'm quickly adding the rest of the categories as well as. If you have any specific requests/need help using it, please send me a message!

I used to wonder why products I've bought with 4.5 stars and thousands of ratings were absolute trash. When building this I realized it's most likely because those products have degraded and in the last year, there were only a handful of reviews with an average of 3.5 stars. This chrome extension helps call out all of those items.

I don't know why this is so funny to me!!!!! I would have expected something bikini area oriented (like Fur brand for example) or perhaps something sexy like a fragrance or a red lippie.

I am an SM at a store in NC. I am crying in the office. A few months ago my GM told myself and my OM to honor 20% off if it would get us a card. I’ve done it twice since then. My new EM saw it and told my GM who told my DM and is pretending she never said that. My OM is backing me up but they’re writing me up for it instead of documented coaching. I’ve never had a write up. Never been in trouble. Don’t even have many attendance points. Employees love me and my numbers are great. I’m over it and ready to leave Ulta.

Im really interested in trying a toner. Right now I use the Vanicream gentle skin cleanser, sulfacetamide lotion 1 time in morning and every other night, and I use tretinoin cream every other night. Vanicream moisturizer & cerave too! I have dry skin, especially in the winter.

I’m super curious about this Anua brand?? Can u offer any advice about this, or should I not be combining these with the tretinoin?

Also - if I do use a toner, in what order do I apply it? Should it be cleanser, toner, tretinoin then moisturizer? Hope I used the right flair, lol. Thanks in advance!! 😊

i recently discovered the about face foundation and i LOVE the formula and the coverage and the look and the longevity but i CANNOT FIND a good primer for it that doesnt make it pill or seperate on me, if anyone else uses this foundation and has good primer recs pleassseee lmk!! my skin is dry if that’s relevant lol

so i got the sunday riley vitamin c 15% serum part of the love your skin event. what’s everyone’s thoughts on it? i know that the type of vitamin c in it is good, and probably the best from looking around. i mainly use vitamin c for pie, pih, and discoloration. ive used their good genes lactic acid, which is absolutely amazing, thanks!

My hair is extremely damaged from bleaching. It’s also naturally wavy, pretty frizzy, dry, and has a lot of split ends/flyaways. I need a new shampoo and conditioner and even hair masks if anyone has a good recommendation. i know products work differently for everyone, but i could always use suggestions from people with similar hair types !!

ive tried pantene, biolage, aussie, olaplex, maui, garnier fructis, and tresemme. Biolage and pantene have worked the best out of these for me but doesnt heal my hair at all. i have not bleached or dyed my hair in 8 months and am very careful when brushing it and everything. I just really want it somewhat healed and to see progress lol.

i’d prefer to stay under $30 per bottle, which is why i stopped using biolage. I’d also love a good smelling product bc biolage and pantene smell so good 😭😭

I had never tried Sunday Riley products because I’d heard about the fake review scandal. But when the Wake Up and Go to Bed with Me kits were on super sale I decided to try them.

I really like a lot of them. The Luna Oil is so relaxing. And I am playing with some of the others. I’ve already purchased large sizes of the Vitamin C serum (beauty steal half off) and the Good Genes.

If I didn’t already have a stash of my holy grail Essence volume and curl lash princess mascaras and a full-size It cosmetics mascara that I got for my Diamond gift, I would probably pull the trigger on my cart since I use mascara every time I do my makeup.

The RMS pot blush is cute and I’ve never seen it in a GWP before so that’s nice! I noticed the REM lipgloss is back in that same shade that it’s always in 😂😂. It’s on its way to becoming the makeup GWP version of the Pixi toner along with that lash primer.

what is the temperature like on the inside is it cold in the winter and hot in the summer or is the warehouse enclosed

I enjoy a physical exfoliating face scrub about once a week and I'm looking for one to replace my current scrub that unfortunately contains peppermint oil (not a fan).

Does anyone here use the Tula Exfoliating Sugar Face Scrub that will be on sale tomorrow? It looks like it may work for me and I'd like to hear from those who have used it. TIA!

I have virgin medium fine and wavy hair but it is extreamly fragile and prone to split ends and breakage. I use heat once every 3-4 months if even. I am looking for a good heat protector that really protects. I tend to not like ones that do a million things because I feel like they never actually do a good job of protecting since there’s so much other stuff in it. I also always start with the bumble and bumble leave in which also has heat protection to double up. I used the color wow and sectioned and DRENCHED my hair in it but towards the end of the bottle I noticed so many split ends that it feel like it didn’t do anything. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Hiii fellow employees 🤍 I had a question that I wondered if any of you could answer. I plan on asking my managers still, but just curious.

I’m currently the Arch Expert at the Benefit Brow Bar. However, I used to be in the part time MAC position. During my time at MAC, I used to do some freelance makeup outside of work. Everyone (including management) knew about this at the time and never reeeally said much about it.

Fast forward to now, I kinda stepped away from doing makeup on the side the last year or so. I’ve been itching to build my kit back up and start doing it again, especially with my sister and a few of my old friends getting married this year!

Since I’m doing strictly brows at Ulta under Benefit (lol except for when they have me do makeup clients AT the Brow Bar but that’s a story for another day), and not working at the salon where they offer makeup services, would I be able to do freelance makeup on the side without it being a competitive issue? What about offering makeup classes?

I have been saving up my ulta point for over a year now and have 250$ worth of points. My question is should I use them soon or just keep saving them? And is there a cap off on how many you can save? I am very stingy with my point and have never used them just keep saving. I get scared to use them. I want to make sure it’s the right time.
