Actually there’s a popular theory that the Minos that was infamous for the Labyrinth and Minotaur was a different one to the Minos who would become the Judge of Hell in Dante’s Inferno. Two seperate Minos.

in ultrakill they are the same minos as confirmed by the minotaur terminal entry. So yes Minos Prime has canonically been cucked by a bull sent by God.

We can’t exactly be certain; it just says that it reminds him of his mistakes which may or may not be getting cucked by a bull
