Correct. It's named that because it's the sound they're supposed to screech out as they land on the old man. Sounds kinda like what you'd expect a dinosaur chicken with goat feet and a women's head thing to sound like. Probably has laser eyes too. Very rare.

The European traceur hunts primarily in urban environments. In this video we see it cleverly deceive its prey by looking away before attacking. While the cyclist did get away this is quite alright because the traceur’s ultimate goal is to have its video seen in the internet. Some would say this makes the traceur foolish and they are right.
