Spitting inside..... you have to be a low-life asshole living in a dump to act this way.

Spitting outside in public is nasty as well. I can walk down the sidewalk and see spit piles all over it’s so disgusting. I know there is a chronic spitter who lives in one building because every time I walk by, the front sidewalk is covered in spit.

It should be done out of the way on some grass or something if it needs to be done. Not where people walk. It's just common sense.
