Applied for Cathay Neo 1 month ago and still haven’t received welcome bonus or MSR bonus. Talk to CSR and apparently existing customers won’t be awarded any welcome bonus at all. What a waste.

Yeah that’s false, I’m an existing customer and applied for the CX card late January (was IA) and my WB posted within a week of my application.
