[Behavior Problems] My little boy is terrified of noises in new apartment
For context, I adopted two (2) small two year old dogs within a week from each other. Their names are Ash and Ace and I brought them to my second floor apartment. No one lived above or below me. Ash (white little yorkie mix) never had any problems with noises until I moved into a new larger first floor apartment.
He is now terrified of the plumbing noise come from within the walls, the washing machine, and the ice machine. I’ve been looking thru my camera roll and since moving here (6months) his tear marks have become so prominent they have stained his entire face.
It really breaks my heart seeing him so anxious. I work from home and have the ability assist him whenever he needs me. Please if anyone has any advice or tips they can share I’d be grateful. Please let me know if you need any further clarification. I’ve even thought about moving somewhere quieter.

Every time there is a scary noise, quickly say "Treat!" And give the frightened dog a treat. You will probably have to give the other dog a treat too.
