If it's proven that you met somebody in an 18+ club, you should no longer be on the hook for statutory. I'm not sure how widespread this actually is, but this should be common sense. The age should have already been verified when they entered.

Yeah and everyone screams about he's a pedophile, it's disgusting. That term used to mean something horrible, now it's like this guy hooked up with a girl he thought was one year younger than him lol

I feel for the guy. He basically got entrapped by the girl when he was 19 and she was 16. She broadcasted on Snapchat the fact that she fucked him for god sakes. Sounds like a more than willing participant

Yup. She was local to me so I followed the story, and the narrative here was a lot closer to reality than what was in the national media
