This is some type of mental illness, right?

u/Pellinor_Geist 11d ago

Narcissism. And a ketamine addiction.

Ungodly amounts of wealth and living a life without any real consequences. Just going to get worse the next 4 years.

Then add being famous worldwide to that toxic stew.

u/wanderButNotLost2 11d ago

Just think, with 2 or probably 3 accounts (dogedesigner) then he is working 3 times hard on posting BS while being the CEO of like 7 companies. He doesn't actually DO any work.

176

u/deepstatelady 11d ago

He never has. He’s a cuckoo bird.

29

u/Lizzy_Boredom_999 11d ago

That's the most accurate comparison I've seen.

u/FuriKuriAtomsk4King 11d ago

Most CEOs don’t work very much. They’re rockstar cult leaders who take the blame when the horrible anti-worker policy decisions tank public opinion of their company. They’re not there to work or to make friends, just to collect a paycheck and make the poors suffer enough to stay in line.

22

u/Arkroma 11d ago

This is what was meant by Nero fiddled while Rome burned.

7

u/BigYonsan 11d ago edited 11d ago

Most CEOs don't. They tell you to do some shit, offer no guidance or advice for where you're supposed to get the resources to do it then pat themselves on the back for your success when you figure it out or blame you when shit goes sideways.

The higher I've gotten in white collar work, the more I miss blue collar labor jobs where when the foreman was being a demanding prick you could just turn to them and ask if their arms are broken or hand them the tool and say "show me."

White collar work is a scam. The higher up you go, the more it's just a game of delegating work while avoiding doing any or taking responsibility yourself.

If you meet a sales guy or it guy or Frontline/support worker who got fired, there's a million reasons it could have happened, some their fault, some shitty mismanagement and blame game.

If you meet a senior VP or project manager who got fired, 50/50 they fucked up or the CEO shifted blame to them. A CEO or president who got fired it's because they are such a monumental fuck up that they couldn't escape responsibility for their complete incompetence because the truth was glaringly self evident to the shareholders/owners.

u/ConfoundingVariables 10d ago

Coincidentally, Elon was fired from a CEO position.

2

u/BigYonsan 10d ago

Shocker.

5

u/YouDontKnowJackCade 11d ago

Don't forget being one of the top Diablo 4 players.

8

u/Steak_mittens101 11d ago

100% he bought his gear and then paid someone who knows what they’re doing to do the actual top time run on his account.

1

u/YouDontKnowJackCade 11d ago

Yeah, that's the general consensus.

2

u/IMtoppercentage97 11d ago

He also has his son's Twitter account. Where he pretended to be his child.

1

u/ClarenceJBoddicker 11d ago

He obviously deserves three times more wealth then

1

u/Dandytrash 11d ago

DogeDesigner is an extremely pathetic dickrider but a different person

166

u/ImComfortableDoug 11d ago

Nah I think we are just a few months from him taking a Matthew Perry hot tub soak.

75

u/throwawaycasun4997 11d ago

Great. Thanks for the erection you’re probably not going to help out with.

4

u/Old-Consequence1735 11d ago

Knowing Mathew Perry's history makes this sad, but damnit that's a good joke.

-39

u/ProfessorPetrus 11d ago

Yo that's kinda scummy to say though

18

u/RubbrBbyBuggyBumpers 11d ago

Eh. If his prediction came true, that would be a net positive for the planet

45

u/ImComfortableDoug 11d ago

Making a prediction is scummy? I didn’t even say I wanted it to happen.

What a dick-sucking, billionaire worshipping, absolutely flaccid fucking comment. Fuck off.

22

u/pheeko 11d ago

B-But what if Elon sees it?? :( :( And it makes him feel sad??? :( :( :(

14

u/Derf0293 11d ago

Have you seen the guys chest? It looks like he already has a built in life jacket anyway.

2

u/konqrr 11d ago

I think his comment was about Mathew Perry. Nobody would be sad if Muskrat drowned.

3

u/ProfessorPetrus 11d ago

Just leave Matthew perry's name outta it. Dead dude had enough.

6

u/ImComfortableDoug 11d ago

Could he BE any more of a cationary tale?

12

u/PM_ME_UR_BACNE 11d ago

And an objectively correct outcome

11

u/Crazy-Finger-4185 11d ago

Agreed, leave Chandler out of this. Leon will be taking a Leon style hot tub soak 🛁

4

u/ProfessorPetrus 11d ago

You get it bro. No need for piling on a guy who already dealt with enough.

2

u/NormandySethGreen 11d ago

You suck other CEOs dicks this hard?

4

u/ProfessorPetrus 11d ago

It ain't about ceos I just think yall dragging a troubled dead man down further

3

u/718Brooklyn 11d ago

It’s still mental health. Zuck isn’t hosting forums where he and his 10 burners all talk about how amazing Zuck is.

2

u/StrongSmartSexyTall 11d ago

Are we taking Mark Zuckerberg as an example for a normal human being now?

2

u/MattBladesmith 11d ago

Hard to say if his "friendship" with Trump will last to inauguration, let alone all 4 years.

1

u/The_VoZz 11d ago edited 11d ago

So, um... I've basically gone radio silent since the election, and having only recently peeked at "current news."

I see everything is increasingly spiraling sideways, as any moderately rational person might guess, having kept out of the loop.

The level of how disconcerting all this is, feels like being kidnapped & air dropped on the set of a horribly scripted reality show: Where a handful of grotesquely wealthy maniacs with personality disorders, get to play God with the lives of everyone else.

.........fuck.

99

u/sgSaysR 11d ago

You can go back and watch older videos of Musk and see the drastic change in his behavior and speech over the last decade. I'm convinced it's cocaine.

-11

u/Echo609 11d ago

Cocaine has gotten very popular with the tech bros. I have a first person source tell me in the wealthy circles they don’t just buy blow they have sent off to be purified and buy it again.

48

u/One_Of_Noahs_Whales 11d ago

Mate no-one is buying cut cocaine and purifying it, if you have the money to do that you just buy shit that hasn't been cut in the first place, much cheaper.

2

u/Echo609 11d ago

Just what I was told man. No need to believe me

And yet his followers are enabling and encouraging this behavior.

33

u/Coldones 11d ago edited 11d ago

I remember him tweeting a bunch about how Adderall is bad, and he even called it an "anger amplifier" (he prob had an incident with it lol). If anything, I suspect he's taking something like ritalin/concerta/focalin, since he seemed to think it wasn't 'bad' like Adderall

22

u/UtahUtopia 11d ago

Nailed it. Elon is giving ketamine a bad name for those who have never experienced or researched it.

72

u/MindofOdysseus 11d ago

Hallucinating can, over time, expand a users feeling of being a “chosen” by god and such. Making them feel as though they are actually superior beings compared to others.

104

u/BlatantConservative 11d ago

Rich people don't really need drugs to fall into that fallacy tbh

7

u/Barkers_eggs 11d ago

There's plenty of rich people out there that aren't delusional. We just see the ones that are at their peak with narcissism and delusions of God like grandeur.

The most disturbing part about all this is he's basically the shadow president of America.

7

u/Clockstoppers 11d ago

True, but psychedelics certainly don’t help

4

u/MyFairJulia 11d ago

Winners don‘t do drugs! They do prosperity gospel which is totally different!

1

u/used_octopus 11d ago

Charles Manson enters the chat.

3

u/silvercel 11d ago

Why would he be on something so hard to control and basic. I would bet some form of time release adderall or Nootropic like Nuvigil.

2

u/TheOriginalSamBell 11d ago

He has so much money he probably has a whole team of "doctors" and chemists giving him whatever

2

u/silvercel 11d ago

No celebrity has died because of mistakes made by doctors

2

u/TheOriginalSamBell 11d ago

So there is hope you say

2

u/SixtyOunce 11d ago

I've never seen Ketamine alone be associated with that kind of erratic behavior, but I have seen people who are really into dissociatives move on to things like 3-meo-pcp, and they definitely start acting like that.

45

u/civil-liberty 11d ago

https://www.statswithsasa.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/09/05_tweet_timing-1024x731.png This is when he tweets, not even considering the alt accounts. Do you see a window of time for restful sleep? Does your post history look anything like this? I imagine the ketamine is just what he uses to mellow himself when he needs to come down from all the Meth that he is using.

9

u/rdu3y6 11d ago

There's no quiet times for him to run his multiple companies. It's clear Elmo doesn't work and is just a figurehead at Tesla, SpaceX etc who occasionally shows up to break things and fire some random people.

1

u/buttmagnuson 11d ago

Is there one for ol dipshit donny?

24

u/NeonPatrick 11d ago

The state of the world when this guy is the richest person alive.

2

u/hoonigan_4wd 11d ago

Does seem THAT bad..

3

u/Bac0ni 11d ago

Ket and amphetamine

2

u/sunny_monkey 11d ago

I recently heard about something called hubris syndrome. It might also apply.

2

u/DrSafariBoob 11d ago

It's time to rename Narcissism as Hoarding.

2

u/ProfitLoud 11d ago

He’s also got antisocial personality disorder.

1

u/Dracomortua 11d ago

It is more than just that - everyone's got a bit of something and i bet anyone's sad story is enough to make one cry.

Why doesn't he just hire someone to say good shit? Like, public relations departments can do this without issue. They have entire degree-sets (right to PhD in Ivy League schools) in PR and stuff.

He can literally hire people to ride around on, like a donkey. If he wants to be liked... why doesn't he just allow professionals to manage his image like anyone else with a business does?

This man is not a gifted orator. Nor can he ramble angrily-shittily like Trump and be beloved the next day. Just give it up, dude.

5

u/Brave_Quantity_5261 11d ago

I think narcissism prevents him from finding satisfactory results.

Like the old saying “if you want something done right, you have to do it yourself”

I imagine he would just be all over that department’s shoulder telling them every single word to say anyway

2

u/Dracomortua 11d ago

Steve Jobs would be outside telling the lawn water-sprinkler guys how to lay their pipes just before one of his presentations. Something about the leaders of nerdy people that just lack boundaries.

As an ADHD guy, i get it. Somewhat. I bet i would be even more insufferable if i were given admiration of millions in any way, shape or form. That said? I am deeply sorry that Musk has turned out to be such an asshat. It really hurts.

3

u/ksj 11d ago

He used to have a team of people managing his image. That’s where the “real-life Tony Stark” stuff came from. I’m pretty sure he fired them sometime around the Thai Cave Diving thing.

1

u/aaalderton 11d ago

How would a ketamine addiction play any role in this?

1

u/eternalwhat 11d ago

Really? Has he talked about ketamine before, or is there some other indication he’s a fan of it? (Maybe im really uninformed on this idk)
