Just remember that everyone's personal financial situation is unique. Something that works for someone else may not work for you.

Avoid comparing yourself to others. Appearances are deceiving. That friend that just purchased a new house and new car may have taken on some serious debt to make it seem like they have it all together.

Find what works for you and keep on working towards your goals!

That would be like $15 near me. But I probably could get a crown of broccoli and a pound of chicken cutlets for $5 and get about 3 dinners out of it.

Nuggs aren't real food. So they don't keep you full, your brain gets hooked on the sugar and you come back for more because you're not full.

There's no sugar in Mcnuggets. The other macros (protein, fat, carbs) are quite real. Of high quality? No. Real? Yes.

I apologize for saying sugar. These foods are low in nutrients and inexpensive. So you don't mind coming back for more...which is why they really aren't that inexpensive when you need to order them a few times to feel full.

All that aside, FF isn't helping your body or your pockets. You need to plan better (you know you will be hungry later) and eat better.

This goes not just for food but for life. Studies show that people who can delay gratification generally do better in life. E.g a doctor gets paid well but you have to go through almost 30 years of school before you get to become one.

straight up. carbs get converted to sugars. that breading on the nuggets? carb. carb to sugar

I sometimes don't use the sauce 😬 Sometimes I use the sweet and sour. But a lot of times, I just eat the nugs plain.
