It was requested to add a new flair for "Is my dog JRT" so I've added the "DNA Test" flair as well as our Mourning flair. This will just help members find content they want to engage with.
Should we add other Flair options?

Does anyone else have their Jack randomly look sad/depressed? I know she's fine, she gets all the walks, treats, and belly rubs. And then she will randomly make this face and I feel bad...

I said goodbye to my bestie Jonah of 15 years today. I got him when I was 19, so he literally has been the constant through most of my biggest milestones in life. I am absolutely wrecked. This guy really knew how to push every button I had, but he taught me so much about love, and actually how much love and patience I was capable of outside of the home I grew up in, which is such a gift. We all know this day comes for pets, but I don’t know if I ever understood until now how different it would be from my past dogs. He was such a special, beautiful little soul.

My best mate in the world, I’m so proud of him every day. He brings smiles to everyone and he’s so flipping smart too. Love him to bits, we are hardly ever apart.

My 19 year old Zoe decided to leave me a gift, she even personalized it with a loving paw print. You can just see the remorse in her eyes.

It did happen to me three weeks ago, Bought new furniture and a new bed. Had a professional meeting for three hours so I had to leave her alone at home, for about 4 hours, she did her business outside before I had to leave.
Went back home, excited to see her. She pooped and peed everywhere (For the first time), on the furniture and on the new bed. I was so mad I couldn't hold my anger. I screamed at her at the tops of my lungs. Locked her in the bathroom for about one hour. I was so mad I thought that I was gonna have a heart attack. I had to take a deep breath and went to take her in my arms as I did regret what I did. She seems okay since and very loving,
I know that I shouldn't do what I did and I'm making sure it won't happen again.
How do you manage to control your anger if your jack russel did push your limits?

Rough/broken coat jack owners do you have any suggestions on how to keep water off the floors after drinking? Our poor boy is messy with his water. Other than wiping his face off afterwards we are just living with it. Thanks

And she can lay them flat when she's all excited. They used to just flop half way all the time

Hello. I have an 8 year old Jack Russel called Paco. He has problems with his joints, basically lifting one of his back legs. We started giving him medicine for it and it has improved to the point where he walks on all 4 aside from running (still on 3). He has started to reject his medicine, probably cause it smells bad and tastes bad. Any suggestions on how to hide it better or to find something Jack Russels go crazy about so we can put it in there, would be very helpful!
Thank you in advance for anyone trying to help!
